Highland Park Scotch: It’s my Red Carpet “Xmas” Gift

Tis the season: Think Bing Crosby’s “White Christmas” and Nat King Cole’s “Chestnuts Roasting on An Open Fire.” Enter Highland Park Scotch: Invite family and friends over and entertain with Red Carpet Drink Gift.

Kick off the season in style with a Red Carpet Drink Food Recipe: Highland Park Scotch Sliders, made with 12 year old Highland Park Scotch. “Highland Park is the perfect entry-level scotch,” remarks Toni-Lynn Gross, Key Accounts Manager, Edrington Group. “It has a light, sophisticated smokiness. Served neat, it’s spot on. In fact: It’s gender neutral; both women and men order it regularly.”

The Highland Park portfolio:
• 12 year old. First proprietary bottling. Smooth, balanced, rich.
• 15 year old. Rich with a light floral flavor.
• 18 years old. Balanced with a toffee sweetness.
• 25 year old. Deep amber whisky with heather, honey and a hint of peat.
• 30 year old. Available in limited quantities. Full palate, soft honey and nutty toffee. Long rich finish.
• 40 year old. Award winning whisky. Elegant, spicy and aromatic with rich dark fruits, nutmeg and cinnamon.
