Red Carpet Drink Recipes

“The Hollywood Spirit”

1 oz. Casamigos Añejo
1/2 oz. Lychee juice
4 drops Bitter Truth Chocolate
Top with French Champagne (dry)
Place a small piece of dark chocolate in a Champagne flute.
Serve chilled in Champagne flute or Riedel Tequila Glass.

The Bonnie Lad
2 oz. Clyde May’s Whiskey
ginger syrup
fresh lemon juice
Pour whiskey over ice.
Add ginger syrup and lemon juice. Stir and garnish with a slice of ginger





Madaket Mule

Triple Eight Cranberry Vodka
Ginger Beer
Fresh lime juice
Squeeze fresh lime juice into a Collins glass (or Moscow Mule Mug). Add 2-3 ice cubes.
Pour in Triple Eight Cranberry Vodka. Fill the glass up with cold ginger beer.








The Vesper

3 parts Brooklyn Gin
1 part Bootleggers Vodka
½ part Lillet Blanc

Pour ingredients into a martini shaker with ice. Shake not stir. Drain into a well chilled martini glass. Serve with a garnish.









Cutty Julep

1 ½ oz. Cutty Sark Blended Whisky
1 tsp. of agave nectar
Muddle mint leaves and lemon. Mix in Cutty, agave and muddled mixture into a high ball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with mint.





Atlantico Daiquiri

1 ¼ oz Atlantico Platino Rum
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz simple syrup

Fill Shaker with ice. Add ingredients and shake. Strain into cocktail or martini glass and top with Daiquiri foam. Garnish with a lime.





Jalapeño Margarita
2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz. Agave Nectar
Combine ingredient into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Salt rim glass-optional. Garnish with a lime wedge






Strawberry Shortcake/Peach Cobbler
2 parts UV Cake Vodka
1part Qream Strawberry or Peach
Strain into a brandy snifter
Add whipped cream to the top of the snifter
Add an oreo cookie straw


UV Candy Corn

2 oz UV Cake Vodka
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz. milk
½ oz. Amaretto
Splash of Club soda
Shake the first 4 ingredients over ice.
Strain into a martini glass rimmed with crushed candy corn and top with club soda



                                         The B-52
1/2 ounce Kahlua (or Tia Maria)
1/2 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
Pour Kahlua first, followed by Bailey’s, then the Grand Marnier. After pouring the Kahlua, grab a chilled spoon, turn it upside down and put it into the glass, up against the side of the glass.

Pour the Bailey’s slowly onto the back of the spoon. Repeat.





Blue Bombsicle

1 part UV Blue
3 parts lemonade*

Serve over ice in a highball glass.

*Substitute sugar-free lemonade for a low-carb drink!


Sweetheart Kiss
2 oz. Tequila
½ oz Chambord
1 oz DeKuyper White Crème de Cacao
1 oz Cream
Optional –top with Hersey Kiss.
Shake ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker
Pour into chilled martini glass.

Pretty in Pink

1 ½ oz Belvedere Vodka
½ oz Sake
Dash simple syrup
4 fresh strawberries

Muddle strawberries with simple syrup and then add rest of ingredients and shake.

Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with sliver of strawberry and shiso leaf.

Viejo Atlantico

2 oz  Atlántico Private Cask Rum
2 oz Champagne
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup, mint leaves

Place mint and simple syrup in shaker and muddle well. Add ice, lime juice and Atlantico. Shake and pour into highball glass.

Top with Champagne. Garnish with mint or lime.






Roman Poet

2 ounce Great King Street Scotch whisky
¾ ounce Amaro Ramazzoti
¼ ounce Benedictine
2 dashes Peychaud bitters

Stir and serve with a grapefruit twist



Tula Mule

1 3/4 oz. Tula Vodka
1/2 oz. lime juice
ginger beer
lime wedge for garnish
Pour the vodka and lime juice into a highball glass with ice cubes. Top off with the ginger beer.  Garnish with the lime wedge and mint.







Brooklyn Elderflower Collins
2 Parts Brooklyn Gin
1 Part St. Germain
3/4 Part freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Top with club soda. Shake first 3 ingredients with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.





The Gold Rush

1.5 parts Domaine de Canton
1 part Bourbon
0.5 parts Fresh Lemon Juice

Build all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Optional cherry garnish.

Asian Pear Martini

1 ½ parts Domaine de Canton
2 parts Pear Vodka
1 part Fresh Pear Juice

Add a splash of fresh lime juice. Shake and serve in a martini glass.

¾ oz. St. Germain
¼ oz. honey
½ oz. orange juice
½ oz. lemon juice
Shake over ice and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel
